Hello,
Configuring Mach3 to accept E-Stop and Limit signals from the TB6560 Driver board. Open Mach3 (Mill), go to the 'Config' menu and select 'Ports and Pins' The first tab is 'Port Setup and Axis Selection', select the 'Input Signals' Tab. This is where we tell Mach3 what pins to monitor to receive limit signals. I looked on the mach 3 site and found the fix. It was in the input settings for estop. I have already blown 2 fuses (the tube ones under the recepticles) can you tell me what kind of fuse I should be using and if they are different which one is located closest to the front panel.
I've encountered a problem right when I bought my CNC machine and still haven't resolved it.
When emergency stop (mushroom) is activated in the settings machine will run in jog mode but will not run any g-code programs I try to start. My friend tried doing somethig about it but it just wouldn't change anything. We have the same machine (which is custom built from the same guy).
In order to have my machine running I had to switch of the possibility of emergency stop completely out of my mach3.
So now whenever I run some programs I let my cursor sit on the reset button in mach3 in order to stop it.
Anyone has a recommendation on what to do to have my little mushroom up and running? (No pun intended)
